Joint Review Panel (JRP) Established
The Honourable Peter Kent, federal minister of the Environment and Michael Binder, President of the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) have announced the establishment of a three-member joint panel to review Ontario Power Generation’s proposed project to construct and operate a facility for the long-term management of low and intermediate level radioactive waste in Ontario.
