NWMO Study Plan (2002-2005)

The NWMO Study Plan describes the work, illustrates the milestones, and identifies engagement opportunities the organization expects will occur in preparing its study and recommendations on the long-term management of nuclear fuel waste.  The plan attempts to reflect the views expressed by Canadians, and seeks to ensure that insights gained from dialogue are continually integrated into the study.  The work will be undertaken in phases. 

Throughout, it will be shared widely as a basis for dialogue and deliberation.  The study plan will continue to evolve in response to ongoing public dialogue and research.
