Please find attached, a suggestion to implement the Canadian disposal facility by starting with a small scale prototype. This should be simpler and less expensive than trying to launch the entire disposal facility. The description of the project is provided in the attached document "Development of a Prototype for Disposal of Spent Fuel from Canadian Reactors".
